Sydney Metro has hired 20 Boer goats to graze their way through grass and vegetation surrounding the Eastern Creek Precast Facility west of the city.
Metro Trains in Victoria has also deployed goats to overgrown land around stations, while the NSW Rural Fire Service is in the final stages of a trial using the animals for hazard reduction.
